Template:Inquiry card
Card for one open Multilogue on the Welcome to OnTrackWorld and on series pages. Renders the state of the inquiry (phase, round, counts, close date) with a Respond button and a link to the record.
Parameters:
- page (required): wiki page holding the inquiry record
- title: display title (defaults to page name)
- series: VitalRail, RE-FOREST, EMIP, etc.
- question: the current framing question, one sentence
- phase: Inquiry, Convergence, or Commitment
- round: current round number
- responses, participants: counts for this round (maintained by the facilitation team until IntelliRecord supplies them)
- closes: date the current round closes
- respond: optional page or form the Respond button should open; defaults to a new section on the record's Talk page
