` pattern repeated across the Home Page and most hub-style content pages (Methodologies, VitalRail, EMIP, RE-FOREST, Geographic Initiatives, Industrial Systems Initiatives, IntelliConferences, OTNA Curriculum, Understandings). Edit this one template instead of nine copy-pasted divs.

OTW Zone uses this template internally for its own grid, so the same styling stays in sync everywhere it's used.

Parameters:

• columns (optional, default 4): set to 3 for the narrower otw-grid-3 card width (used when a section holds many smaller cards, e.g. a hub page's card list); leave it out for the default width used by inquiry-style cards
• content (required): the card template calls that fill the grid —
